This new custom home was designed to replace a home lost during the Marshall Fire in Louisville, CO. The owners were looking for a clean and contemporary style with warm materials and an open airy interior. Careful design around site constraints, up-slope topography, access to views, and concerns about privacy were combined with the owner’s unique program and goals for this one of a kind home.
