Louisville Overlook Residence
Boulder, Colorado
This home was built on the site of one of the homes lost in the Marshall Fire. The owners wanted to rebuild quickly and we helped them develop a well considered and highly tailored design for their new home that was also the first in the city to receive a building permit after the fire. The home opens to stunning views with dramatically vaulted ceilings and warm open spaces. Connections between all primary indoor and outdoor living areas are a perfect fit for Colorado’s amazing climate.
